Before I bought my first back massager, I was skeptical on how it could give me a relaxing and stress-relieving massage. I mean, it is just a cushion that you strap over your chair (sort of like a half seat cover). But when I started using it, I was amazed on how such a simple thing can simulate traditional massages such as Shiatsu. It turned my ordinary chair into an oasis of relaxation that melts away tension and fatigue.
The good news is there is an alternative – Homedics Back Massager. I’ve tried other back massagers before but they always fell short of what I was looking for in a good massage. It was only when I tried Homedics Back Massager that I was converted and I now happen to own a few of these which I keep in my home and office (a lifesaver when I do overtime).
When it comes to deep kneading back massages, a is the way to go. Named for traditional Japanese Shiatsu massage, these devices offer precise massaging on individual muscle groups and pressure points. Shiatsu massagers are an excellent choice for eliminating muscle tension from stress or straining of the back. Most shiatsu models have settings for a gentler kind of massage, as well.
